WBB: Mackenzee Ryan wins Board of Governors Award

Sydney, NS - Mackenzee Ryan recently was awarded the prestigious Board of Governors Award. This academic award is given out to Cape Breton University's top 1st-year student who entered directly from high school. Ryan, a Glace Bay native had the highest academic average of all 1st-year students enrolled at Cape Breton University. 

Ryan is also a guard for CBU's women's basketball program. She was named to the AUS's all-rookie team for the 2017-18 season.
