The wins keep coming for the Cape Breton University Capers men's soccer team.
The Capers picked up their fourth consecutive win Saturday, rolling to a 3-0 win over the Memorial Sea-hawks in AUS action at the Cape Breton Health Recreation Complex on the CBU campus.
With the win, the Capers improved to 5-2-1 on the season and moved into second place in the AUS standings.
Justin Maheu with his league leading 10th goal staked the Capers to an early lead just nine minutes into the game while Kwabe Boateng and Sandro Rajkovic rounded out the scoring in the 54th and 74th minutes.
Ethan MacInnis and Simon Keating combined to register the clean sheet for the Capers while Andrew Anson made five saves in a losing cause for Memorial.
The Capers will be back in action at home today when they take to the pitch in a 3:15 p.m. start against he third-place Acadia Axemen.
