CAPERS IN TOUGH AGAINST DALHOUSIE
CBU Falls to the Tigers in Halifax.

Halifax, N.S. - The CAPERS men (1-1-1) suffered their first defeat of the season dropping a 3-1 decision to the Dalhousie Tigers (2-0-1) in AUS second week action.
First year CAPER, Marcus Campanile (Edinburgh, SCO) opened the scoring in the 26' only to have Dal's Freddy Bekkers equalize two minutes later. The Tigers scored 2 unanswered goals in the second half by Bekkers and Kallen Heenan. The two Dal goals were scored less than a minute apart and decided the game.
The CAPERS fired 9 shots on the Tigers goal. CBU goaltender Ben Jackson (Bury, UK) saved 5 of 8 shots in a losing effort. Daniel Pritchard (Nuneaton, UK) picked up his second assist of the young season on the CAPERS lone goal.
The CAPERS return to action Sunday, when they visit the Mount Allison Mounties in Sackville, New Brunswick with a 3:15pm start.
