Bio

Autumn is a passionate Athletic Therapist with a strong background in prevention, assessment, emergency and acute care, rehabilitation and reconditioning. She is known for her work with Cape Breton University varsity athletes and is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and performance of those who entrust her.

Autumn holds a degree in Science with a major in Athletic Therapy from The University of Winnipeg, where she gained valuable knowledge in musculoskeletal disorders. Throughout her career, she has worked with various sports teams ranging from middle school to university level. In addition to her professional pursuits, Autumn is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys running outdoors.

Autumn is committed to continuous learning and growth and strives to make a positive impact in the Athletic Therapy community. With a focus on a safe return to participation and psychological well-being, Autumn aims to help people return to their activities of daily living, or competitive sport, more confident in themselves and their abilities
