Capers complete sweep of Sea-hawks with 52-46 win

Reigning AUS Rookie of the Year Colleen Keane has a double-double and the Cape Breton University Capers defence forced 29 turnovers as the home side defeated the Memorial Sea-hawks 52-46 Sunday in AUS women's basketball play in Sydney.
Keane finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds as CBU improved to 3-1 on the season with the weekend sweep of Memorial.
Alison Keough with seven points and 11 rebounds and Keishia Lespoir with seven points were other top scorers for the Capers.
Sandra Amoah with 10 points and 11 rebounds was best for Memorial.
Megan Robinson and Chante Clarke added 10 points apiece for the Sea-hawks.
The Capers will be back in action next weekend when they travel to Halifax for a pair of games with the Saint Mary's Huskies.
