Sydney, NS – The CAPERS attempted a massive 2nd-half comeback that fell just short in a 93-87 loss to the X-Men. The CAPERS were led by Osman Omar with 31 points, 4 rebounds and 1 assist and Paul Watson with 16 points and 5 rebounds. The X-men used a strong 1sthalf to build an insurmountable lead and were led by Tristen Ross with 23 points and 8 rebounds.
Turning point – The X-Men broke open a close game with a 39-13 run in the second quarter that they were able to hang on to in the second half.
