Sydney, NS – Captain Stuart Heath (Belfast, IE) paced CBU with two goals in their 4-2 hard fought victory over Moncton. 3rd-year Cory Bent (Preston, UK) added a goal and an assist and Daniel Pritchard (Nuneaton, UK) added an insurance goal in the 87th minute. The Aigles Bleus fought hard to keep it close and received a first-half goal by Jean-Michel Dako and a second-half strike by Youssouf Diabate. Ben Jackson (Bury, UK) made a pair of saves for the win and Andre Leblanc made 4 saves in a losing cause.
Turning Point: The game had some tense moments in the 2nd-half as the CAPERS tried to hold the lead. Daniel Pritchard's goal late in the second half put the game out of doubt.
