Capers win double-OT thriller over X-Women 68-63

It took a pair of extra periods, but when it was all said and done, the Cape Breton University Capers had a 68-63 double-overtime win over the visiting StFX X-Women in AUS women's basketball action in Sydney.
Rasheka Gunn led the Capers with a game high 24 points and 11 rebounds.
Tanira McClurkin with 13 points and Alison Keough filled the score sheet for the winners with 12 points, 16 rebounds, five assists, three steals and two blocks.
Jalynn Skeir chipped in with 10 points off the bench for the Capers.
Lia St. Pierre led the visitors with 23 points and 16 rebounds while Vanessa Pickard and Kolbi Roper had 15 and 10 points respectively in a losing cause.
The Capers will be home again this weekend when they face the Memorial Sea-hawks in a pair of games at the Sullivan Field House.
